Board of Assessors reorganizes, names Marshall chair

Holliston Board of Assessors reorganizes for fiscal year. The board unanimously named Jeffrey Marshall as chair and Amy Gow as vice chair for FY2027 following the annual town election. Board members approved motions authorizing the Principal Assessor and Deputy Assessor to sign FY2027 budget contracts and to stamp board members' signatures on routine monthly reports to the Town Accountant and Treasurer/Collector.
Two late Chapter 61B applications were approved for the Highlands at Holliston Trust I and the Regency at Glen Ellen Condominium Trust. Preliminary FY2027 property tax bills are scheduled for mailing on June 23, with data loading into MUNIS on June 18.
