Holliston Board of Assessors approves Pharmacannis settlement, abates donated-land taxes. Board members Amy Gow and Patrick Hafford unanimously approved $1.211 million in abatements for three town-donated properties, eliminating pro-rated taxes for the 13-day period between fiscal-year start and deed recording. The board also unanimously settled a multi-year Pharmacannis tax appeal at $10.2 million assessment for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, down from the town's $13 million valuation, resulting in refunds of $2,168 and $41,020 respectively.
