Holliston Board of Assessors approves $1.27M in tax abatements for nine properties. The board unanimously approved fiscal 2026 abatement applications reducing assessments by $1.27 million following negotiations with Holliston Industrial, LLC representatives over properties in the former Pope Industrial Park. Chair Jeffrey Marshall and members Amy Gow and Patrick Hafford also signed the fiscal 2027 preliminary tax warrant committing $29,406,328.03 in real estate taxes, $728,680.49 in personal property taxes, and $383,491.99 in CPA surcharges.

The board notified the Tashjian family their 137 Concord Street property will lose Chapter 61A agricultural preservation status on July 1 due to a missed renewal deadline.
