Holliston Sewer Commission approves $184,200 in wastewater treatment bids. Chair John Cronin led the three-member commission in awarding two project phases to CaliCorp: Phase 1A for $65,200 (approximately $50,000 under estimate) and Phase 1B for $119,000, producing a net favorable variance of roughly $12,000 when combined. The commission also approved an EPA Categorical Exclusion application for congressionally directed spending and invoices for process change work, with total project spending reaching $442,147.27 against MassWorks reimbursement of $393,049.04.
